We cultivate wonder, character, and wisdom in an environment where Jesus is central, the Holy Spirit is welcome, and every moment—from creek-side play to copywork at a table—is an invitation to know God and reflect His image.
We believe childhood is holy ground. Children are not projects to manage but stewards-in-training, entrusted with gifts, callings, and a future inheritance. Our role is to prepare them to govern themselves under Christ, to honor authority without losing their voice, and to practice freedom within God’s boundaries so they can become courageous, joyful, and trustworthy adults.
At Kingdom Grove, formation precedes information. We teach from the Bible, we model Kingdom language and conduct, and we order our days around rhythms that build both skill and soul:

Declaration of Formation & Jurisdictional Standing
An Integrated Auxiliary of Earthwaking Outreach, a 508(c)(1)(A) Faith-Based Organization
ARTICLE I: NAME & PURPOSE
This Private Membership Association (hereinafter “Association”) shall be known as Kingdom Grove, a private, faith-based homeschool association and educational ministry.
Kingdom Grove exists to equip and disciple children and families in alignment with the Word of God, Divine Law, and Kingdom principles. We operate privately, under the exclusive jurisdiction of God's Law, not the public statutes of man-made government systems.
Kingdom Grove functions as an integrated auxiliary of Earthwaking Outreach, a lawfully established 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based organization and ecclesiastical ministry.
ARTICLE II: SPIRITUAL JURISDICTION
This Association is formed under Divine Law, the original and supreme law of the Creator, and acknowledges no jurisdiction of the corporate United States, any state, county, or agency thereof.
As a spiritual and educational ministry, Kingdom Grove is exempt from state licensing, registration, accreditation, and oversight, as our authority is derived from Heaven, not human institutions.
We claim our right to associate peacefully and privately, as protected under:
The First Amendment to the United States Constitution
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 18 and 26
Natural Law, Common Law, and Divine Law precedents
Established protections for ecclesiastical auxiliaries and private religious instruction
ARTICLE III: MEMBERSHIP
Membership in Kingdom Grove is private, voluntary, and by invitation or application only. All members must affirm and agree to the following:
I enter this association in full faith, agreeing to be governed by Divine Law and not by public civil code.
I understand Kingdom Grove is a faith-based private homeschool association, not a public or charter school, and is not affiliated with the Department of Education.
I accept full responsibility for the education, spiritual growth, and well-being of my child(ren) and family while participating in the association.
I understand all services, resources, and gatherings are provided under private ecclesiastical contract, not commercial license.
Membership may be revoked or declined if a family knowingly violates the spiritual integrity, safety, or peaceful atmosphere of the association.
ARTICLE IV: STRUCTURE & COVERING
Kingdom Grove operates as an Integrated Auxiliary of Earthwaking Outreach, and is:
Covered spiritually and legally by the 508(c)(1)(A) status of Earthwaking Outreach
Operating under Divine Law, as articulated in the foundational documents of Earthwaking
Protected by an Ecclesiastical Trust for the safeguarding of all ministry property, operations, and legacy
All education, teachings, gatherings, and services rendered through Kingdom Grove are considered an extension of the ministry of Earthwaking Outreach, and not public business activities.
ARTICLE V: NON-COMMERCIAL STATUS
Kingdom Grove is a non-commercial, non-incorporated, non-profit ecclesiastical body. We do not “do business” in commerce. All tithes, offerings, and contributions are considered private gifts or donations to support the Kingdom mission and are not subject to taxation, regulatory oversight, or public disclosure.
ARTICLE VI: STATEMENT OF FAITH & VALUES
As an educational ministry rooted in Biblical values, Kingdom Grove affirms:
God is the supreme source of truth, law, and authority.
Parents are the primary stewards of their children’s education.
Children are image-bearers of God and are to be trained in righteousness, creativity, freedom, and stewardship.
True education is holistic — nurturing the spirit, soul, and body in alignment with the ways of the Kingdom.
ARTICLE VII: GOVERNANCE & LEADERSHIP
Kingdom Grove is led by spiritually appointed facilitators, stewards, and educators operating under the oversight of Earthwaking Outreach.
Decisions are made in alignment with:
Discernment through prayer and fasting
The guidance of Scripture and Divine Law
Counsel from the Earthwaking Leadership Council, as needed
We do not elect officials by vote. We recognize authority through spiritual maturity, alignment, and fruit.
ARTICLE VIII: FINAL AUTHORITY
The final authority of Kingdom Grove is God through Christ Jesus, as revealed by the Holy Spirit and confirmed by the written Word.
No policy, statute, agency, or governmental order shall override this Declaration, nor interfere with the mission, gathering, teaching, or operation of this ministry.
Any attempted intrusion shall be considered a violation of natural rights and will be lawfully resisted through spiritual, peaceful, and legal remedies.
